The W3C is an international consortium working to develop web standards. Its director is Tim Berners-Lee, the father of the World Wide Web. Information on XHTML includes a history, specifications, public drafts, XHTML basic, modularization of XHTML, module-based XHTML and  the XHTML-Print. Additional links are provided to other resources such as articles and books.
